Classes

Our small group classes offer the same great programming and modalities as our personal training in a fun, encouraging, energetic, social, slightly competitive group environment. Your coach will lead you and a few of your closest friends (or mortal enemies depending on how you like to be motivated) on a journey of mobility, skill, strength, and metabolic conditioning.

We offer classes from the general fitness variety to the more specialized, from novice to seasoned warrior. Classes are 60 minutes in length we have ample parking next to the gym. Tap below to reserve your spot in mindbody and to view the schedule.
